Emerald Coast Plein Air Painters is located in the panhandle area serving Okaloosa, Holmes, Walton, Washington and Bay counties. We will meet once a week at different locations to paint the beautiful Florida landscape. Our regular meeting days will be Wednesday mornings. We are currently recruiting those interested in getting involved with our paint outs and other events. Contact: Becky Hart
Next Event: Aug 27, Wed - We will paint around the Indian Temple Mound in Fort Walton Beach FL meeting at 9:00am. 139 Miracle Strip Pkwy. For those who are familiar with the area, you can also park at what used to be the Smith's parking lot and is now a municipal parking area.

Directions: From Destin: Head west on Hwy-98. After passing the Mid Bay Bridge toll road on your right you will travel approximately 11.3 miles to the Indian Temple Mound. After crossing Brooks Bridge stay straight on 98 and you will see the Indian Temple Mound on your right.
From Ft.Walton: Heading south on Hwy-85 (Eglin Pkwy) do not veer to your left but stay straight on 85 until you reach Hwy-98. Take a left on to Hwy-98 heading east. In less than 1/10 of a mile you will see the Indian Temple Mound Museum on your left.
